I ordered these after seeing someone post about them. I honestly had low expectations as I’ve struggled with insomnia for two decades. I average 2 to 3 hours of sleep at night and have seen doctors, tried multiple prescriptions, and natural products. Nothing has helped me and my physical health in the last few years has really gone down. Night one of taking these and I slept from 11pm-6am straight! I didn’t wake up or toss and turn at all!
