Shipping + Return Policy
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $100, excluding My Bud Vase products.
On orders less than $100.00 within the U.S., shipping is a flat rate of $8.99. Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.
My Bud Vase products must be insured and will require 2 to 3 business days to ship. Shipping for all My Bud Vases will be calculated at the time of purchase, with appropriate shipping and insurance.
If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm EST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil.
As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGH OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
